The 2 people that I interacted with, Emanuel and Sheldon, were both very personable, and professional. Sheldon walked me thru each step as he did the installation. He worked neatly, cleaned as he went along. I see on this site disc that are offered, such as military. I was not offered any by Emanuel at time of sale.

I called in the morning....got an appointment that afternoon. Everyone involved from the company was courteous and professional. All my questions were answered. I was given various options for the repair. My garage door was worked on by Sheldon. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and skilled.
